For small and medium-sized enterprises, the Abacus Umantis HR Suite SmartKMU is available; it combines all necessary modules for HR core processes and is usually ready for use after just three weeks.

Since the digitalization of HR processes goes beyond the pure introduction of software, Abacus Umantis also has a specialized consulting team. This team accompanies HR transformation projects from the first workshops through conception to go-live and beyond.
