The use of the services offered by HRNeeds is at the interested party’s own risk. Any liability on the part of HRNeeds is excluded. The interested party is responsible for its own decision when selecting a software solution. HRNeeds cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or data from the software providers.

If you send HRNeeds inquiries via the contact form or via the question catalog, your details, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. If you receive software recommendations from us, your data will be passed on to the recommended HRNeeds software providers for further use as part of the service relationship. The software providers will contact you to present the solution to you in detail. The storage of data is necessary for the provision of content or services. Data subjects have the option to have the stored data deleted or amended at any time. Data subjects can obtain information about the personal data stored about them at any time.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

HRNeeds accepts no liability for the accuracy and completeness of this information or the data material. HRNeeds endeavors to ensure broad market coverage. However, not all software providers are represented on HRNeeds.
