Infoniqa Group acquires the German start-up – Sawayo GmbH
The Infoniqa Group, a leading provider of HR and finance software solutions in the DACH region, announces the acquisition of the Rostock-based start-up Sawayo – a SaaS start-up founded in 2020 with digital solutions for the fulfillment of employer obligations.
The acquisition by Infoniqa is a decisive step on the way to becoming the market leader in software and processes for HR and finance – with a clear focus on modern and user-friendly applications. Infoniqa aims to bring new impetus and innovation to the market through the acquisition.

Through the acquisition and the development of a growing partner network, Infoniqa aims to further expand its offering in the DACH region and meet the complex requirements of the modern labor market with user-friendly, state-of-the-art solutions.
Sawayo has so far been led by two managing directors who combine innovation expertise and experience: Serial entrepreneur Andreas Wieczorke (pictured right) and 25-year-old Bjarne Wilhelm (pictured left) drive the innovation processes forward with creativity and energy.At the same time, with a realistic view of what is feasible, they ensure that the focus is always on the benefits for customers.
