• myProtime time management:
  myProtime time management records the time an employee was present. The time recorded is crucial for the automatic processing of payroll. myProtime is designed to help you do this in the most efficient way. The actual time recording can be done in different ways. In addition to our numerous time recording terminals, we also offer intuitive online and even mobile time recording.

• myProtime absences: The absence module from myProtime forms the core of Employee Self-Service (ESS). It delegates and automates manual HR processes. All employees can submit absence requests via a browser, mobile device or kiosk terminal. Supervisors or team leaders can approve these directly. The ESS enables employees to gain better insight into their own working hours, planning and absences. In addition, everyone gets a clear picture of their team’s absences.

• myProtime Mobile:
  Mobile working is well on its way to becoming one of the most important channels in the HR sector. Although not all employees have a phone or other mobile device with them while at work, everyone turns on their device at home. Requesting time off and accessing your personal calendar from your own device is a benefit that many people don’t want to live without.

• myProtime activities:
  In myProtime activities, you can clearly see how much time your employees spend on which tasks. This makes it easier to analyze your cost centers.

• myProtime personnel deployment planning:
  Correctly creating a plan for one or more teams can be particularly complex. A planner must consider, among other things, the availability, responsibilities and work schedule within the teams. Employees also need to have quick access to their personal planning. With our software, you can create plans for your teams quickly and efficiently. Thanks to a link to time tracking, you can also immediately see whether planning has been carried out effectively. And last but not least, supervisors and employees receive insight into the vacation and flextime balances, so that employees can easily request vacation. A win-win situation for both parties. Personnel deployment planning uses the latest AI technologies to optimally create your deployment plans.

• myProtime access control:
  The management of access rights is directly linked to HR employee management. With myProtime Access, you can easily grant access rights so that employees can only access your office rooms and areas if they have the appropriate authorization. All access points are displayed on a detailed floor plan of your buildings. With a click on the button you can see who arrived at what time, what happened, whether errors occurred and whether maintenance is required.

• myProtime visitors: myProtime visitors is a secure solution for digitally registering visitors and suppliers in your company. Visitors can register via a tablet, ensuring data protection. Employees have the option to pre-register visitors to make registration even smoother. Depending on the reason for the visit, different security policies may be displayed to the visitor.
