After selecting the suitable candidate, create the new employee in the HR manager and manage all important information via the digital personnel file. Keep an eye on the skills of your employees and conduct regular employee appraisals, which you plan and record using the personnel development module. After evaluating the competencies, you can create and design all further training measures using the Further Training module. Your trainees will also receive optimal support thanks to the Persis training manager. You can then use the reporting server to evaluate all relevant data from the modules.
