Personnel management: Whether data and document management, employee & manager self-service, talent and feedback management or qualifications and training. Finally, all important employee data and documents in one place and accessible from anywhere. Flexible templates, digital signatures and a convenient self-service for employees and managers help to save time for more important tasks, such as the targeted development of your employees. Thanks to the DATEV interface, data exchange with your payroll accounting is also highly efficient.

Process automation: From tasks & workflows to approvals & releases, notifications and employee communication. Whether onboarding and offboarding, reminders for important dates such as the end of probationary periods, anniversaries or expiring fixed-term contracts: HRlab supports HR processes of all kinds thanks to highly flexible workflow management. These can be triggered automatically or manually to assign tasks and notifications to all those involved as required.

Time management – including 100% automated eAU query: Never worry again about vacation & illness, time recording & working time account, business trips & travel expenses, or personnel resource planning! Absence requests in any form or sick notes can be easily recorded and processed online. Thanks to the ITSG-certified interface to all health insurance companies, the eAU query is fully automated. Time recording in HRlab also supports complex requirements such as bonuses or on-call duty. Rotation-based shift planning rounds off the range of functions perfectly.

Applicant management: Job postings, advertisements & multiposting, applicant communication and connection to external systems – with HRlab you are equipped for all challenges. Whether on your career site or numerous job portals – vacancies can be advertised in no time at all via HRlab. Template, feedback and evaluation functions enable efficient communication with applicants and specialist departments. If a position is filled, all data and documents are transferred with just one click.
