The seamless link between the applicant management system and the organizational chart allows you to view, sort and process applications in myHR. Candidates are provisionally classified based on their qualifications and experience and HR immediately finds out to what extent the applicant profile meets the requirements of the position. You can view the entire communication history with the applicants. The software automatically guides all applicants through the application process.
