The heart of our recruiting technology is the One-Click-Recruiter. Our customers can use it to create and manage their job advertisements and publish them on all desired channels (including job exchanges, employment agencies, Google, company websites and print). This modern multiposting is target group-specific and takes place in our own job networks in real time. We also offer a free statistics module. This shows how well job ads perform in the various recruiting channels.

Further statistics such as cost-per-application, expenditure per channel or the conversion of the strongest channels per job profile are made possible by our Performance Recruiting module. We provide recruiters with interactive dashboards that allow them to analyze all relevant recruiting data from different perspectives in one central location. Customers use this data-driven approach to optimize channel selection while making better use of recruiting budgets. If required, customers can also connect their own data sources in order to perform even more extensive analyzes. Tedious management of Excel spreadsheets and reliance on gut decisions are now a thing of the past.

We also offer an innovative applicant management system, a customizable career portal solution and JobRecommender, a digital employee referral program.

Our product portfolio is complemented by Jobrecommender, a digital employee referral program with a bonus system for active employees. Integrations into third-party systems, full-service agency services and our own network of over 1,000 regional job boards round off our portfolio.
