inSign GmbH is an IT service provider based in Marzling near Freising. Our signature software for companies has been in existence since 2011 and has established itself as the market leader for electronic signatures in Germany.

inSign software is Made in Germany and is hosted on German servers. It can be used as stand-alone signature software or connected directly to existing systems via our API interface. Of course, there are also customised versions available as an enterprise solution.

HR departments benefit from using inSign from the very first minute. Electronic signatures have become indispensable in the HR sector and help increase efficiency, reduce costs and increase security.

  • During the first few years, inSign established itself primarily in the insurance industry where it quickly became the signature standard.

Certificates

The electronic signature with inSign is 100% legally secure in accordance with eIDAS and ZertES. As a German company, we take an extremely sensitive approach to data protection.

inSign fulfils all GDPR requirements and is ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 & BitMi certified.

Software solution

inSign enables signature processes to be digitised quickly and easily. You can both sign by yourself and manage signature processes. Other functions include obtaining signatures and determining the position of the signature in the document and its signature method (keyboard signature, handwriting, certificate) plus adding additional form fields to the document if required. Furthermore, adding reviewers, observers and signatories to your workflows and finalising the process within a day, without the need to send it by mail.
