HR direct is an individually customizable cloud solution for complete HR administration.
The integrated HR modules are tailored to the requirements of employers, and in particular cover company pension management and payroll. The web portal can be configured as needed. All HR applications used can be directly integrated and controlled in HR via interfaces.
Our platform solution meets all current data protection and information security requirements. This is proven by ISO27001 certificates. The data is stored on servers hosted in professional data centers in Germany.

Payroll
You can use our payroll module to carry out monthly payroll accounting for your employees. The payroll software is suitable for all tariffs, all reporting procedures with additional pension facilities and can process all billing-relevant issues. When processing the partial service, in addition to providing the software and program administration, the maintenance of the wage type framework and other client controls as well as the implementation of all electronic reporting procedures are also taken care of. If necessary, we can also take over the execution of payment transactions. The ITSG-certified payroll program from SP_Data is used to process payroll.
company pension management
The company pension management module is an administration program for all company pension claims. This can be used to manage contribution accounts, process company pension business transactions via digital workflows and call up pension calculators for all benefit plans in order to be able to carry out calculations based on the key date. All documents generated by workflows are automatically archived in digital pension files. The company pension database model can be used to store all information at the client, person and commitment level that is important for company pension management. It also offers management of contributions and pension accounts.
Digital personnel file
All personnel-related documents can be stored in a digital personnel or pension file related to the employment contract. The categories for the file can be specified by the customer. As part of the integrated search function, keywording is possible, which simplifies the search for documents. For each category, you can also control which participants have access rights on a document-by-document basis. Our system can be connected to personnel management systems (e.g. Workday, Personio, rexx). Compliance with compliance requirements is implemented, for example, by defining deletion deadlines that inform the responsible employees or automatically implement rules.
The software component of HR direct provides the operating system on which the process and data management runs. We can design individual applications based on the modular structure of the software.
