- myProtime absences: The absence module from myProtime forms the core of Employee Self-Service (ESS). It delegates and automates manual HR processes. All employees can submit absence requests via a browser, mobile device or kiosk terminal. Supervisors or team leaders can approve these directly. The ESS enables employees to gain better insight into their own working hours, planning and absences. In addition, everyone gets a clear picture of their team’s absences.

The management of access rights is directly linked to HR employee management. With myProtime Access, you can easily grant access rights so that employees can only access your office rooms and areas if they have the appropriate authorization. All access points are displayed on a detailed floor plan of your buildings. With a click on the button you can see who arrived at what time, what happened, whether errors occurred and whether maintenance is required.
- myProtime visitors: myProtime visitors is a secure solution for digitally registering visitors and suppliers in your company. Visitors can register via a tablet, ensuring data protection. Employees have the option to pre-register visitors to make registration even smoother. Depending on the reason for the visit, different security policies may be displayed to the visitor.
