Our team
onyo – this is a multicultural team that couldn’t be more different. For example, half of the team consists of early risers, while the other half likes to set the alarm clock to “snooze” from time to time, but this could also be because some team members are based in other time zones. So nothing about “early bird”. Despite our different preferences, or perhaps because of them, we are able to offer you and your team members a tailor-made home office solution.

What exactly does onyo do?

Equipment: You determine the budget for each employee, and the employee can individually equip their home office using the wide range of marketplace offerings. onyo takes care of delivery, installation, all legal requirements including reversal in the event of a change of employer.
Compliance: onyo checks safety and health at home offices (mandatory virtual risk assessment).
Well-being: onyo supports your employees in all “soft” factors of working from home with 1-1 sessions, roundtables and content.
Coordination: With onyo’s desk booking tool, you can easily coordinate home and office work.
