Our personnel development programs have a minimum duration of 3 months and are mapped on our learning platform. Typical use cases are programs for talents, young managers or managers in transformation situations. However, we can also put together individual programs for other scenarios according to a modular logic by choosing from a wide selection of modules.
In the first step of the configuration, we analyze internal company challenges, such as employee retention, increasing customer focus or establishing change in the company. We then define the target group to which the potential measures should be directed. Based on this information, relevant modules are proposed and a customized learning journey is created. Examples of such modules are “Increase Impact”, “Trust in Leadership” or “Managing Change”, among many others.
Thanks to this systematic approach, we are able to carry out a detailed evaluation of learning progress both during and after completion of the programs and ensure high learning quality through regular satisfaction surveys on content, formats and coaches.
