Fink has been developing its own digital solutions for more than ten years, including order, project and working time planning as well as vehicle registration and access control. The Fink systems are used by many companies and are of interest to all sectors. For example, tradespeople can easily record working times, orders, activities and cost centers using various devices such as smartphones, tablets, scanners or computers.

Software solution

Fink time recording is a web-based solution with the modules order time, vehicle recording, working time and access control. It can be accessed classically on a PC as well as mobile via tablet and smartphone. With the web browser, access via the Internet is quick and easy from any location without having to install anything. All updates are fully automatic.

Fink order time ensures that all order and project times are recorded quickly and conveniently. This gives you an overview of everything at all times – the ideal basis for transparent project billing and efficient controlling.

The Fink vehicle registration system automatically records all vehicle movements and clearly displays locations, journeys and the status of your vehicles in seconds. At the same time, the system generates an electronic logbook and can be used to document service provision times.

Fink access control relieves you of numerous organizational tasks relating to access authorization and key distribution. This means you always know which keys have been distributed with which authorizations, whether you have received all keys back or who is allowed to open which doors and when, or whether all doors are closed.
